Missed thirst signals:
Have you even felt like eating something, like half hour after finishing your meal? You may think “I just ate so much, am I still hungry??”
Well, its not hunger, its thirst!
Hunger and thirst signals are given off by the same part of brain, hence it can be confused sometimes.
So next time, after a meal, you feel like you are hungry, test it out. Drink 2 glasses of water (500ml).
Wait for 10-15 mins. Your “hunger” should have subsided.
If you still feel like eating something, it may be a craving, have a small healthy snack.
